Additionally, your email address may be processed for newsletter, campaign, and commercial communication activities based on your explicit consent. Except for the legal reasons mentioned above, data is processed only with explicit consent.

It can be shared with judicial authorities and law enforcement agencies upon request.

It can be transferred to judicial authorities and competent public institutions upon request.

No. Çamsar Entegre does not transfer your personal data abroad.

Information Text Regarding Security Cameras Located in the Service Area
This privacy notice has been prepared by Çamsar Entegre Ormanürünleri San. Tic. Ve Paz. A.Ş., acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Security cameras located at the main entrance of our service building, the entrance to the warehouse, the stairwell on the 5th floor, and on the administrative floor record images to ensure the security of the service area, and this recording process is supervised by the IT department.
Your personal data is processed automatically based on the legal grounds stipulated in Article 5 of the Law, namely that "processing data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."
Furthermore, your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies if requested to resolve legal disputes or as required by relevant legislation.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in writing to the address Yeşilce Mahallesi Emektar Sokak No:4/4 Kağıthane İstanbul, or via email to info@camsarentegre.com , in accordance with the "Notification on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller".
